There is no shortage of opportunities to indulge passions such as soccer and cricket, whether that means taking part in a match or securing a seat in the stands. Even American Football fans are well catered for thanks to the local Leicester Falcons team.
Leicestershire County Cricket Club is one of the best known in the country. Less well known, perhaps, is the Leicester Caribbean Cricket Club or Barkby United, but they all combine to ensure that all cricketing tastes and enthusiasms are catered for in the city and surrounding areas.
