We employed the services of Jupix, a property software specialist, responsible for many of the UK’s estate agency websites. We felt it was important to go to the property software market leaders, to maximise our online presence, and give our customers the best online experience, and we haven’t been disappointed!

The new website features an easy to use property search function, allowing you to define your search criteria, identify properties by location using the Map Search options, and even lets you draw a search area if you’d like to concentrate your house hunting to a particular area.

For Landlords, there is a dedicated sign in area called ePropertyFile that allows for easy, stress-free management of a property portfolio. The tool gives instant, up-to-date access to information about a property that may be required. ePropertyFile can be accessed on any type of device, so whether you’re at your desk, or on the move, you’ll have everything at your fingertips for successful property management.

For sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants alike, the website is also a valuable source of information, advice and guidance.
